What is the pricing structure?

SUV: seats up to 6 people $5/mile with $50 minimum for point to point services. $90/hour for hourly services. Sprinter: seats up to 12 people $175/hour weekday rates and $200/hour weekend rates.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited within our vehicles.

Can I bring my own food, alcohol or drugs?

Food is not allowed unless told beforehand. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Our vehicles are adult beverage friendly. Zero tolerance for underage drinking of alcohol. Beverage packages are available

What happens if I damage something in the vehicle?

$300 cleaning fee due to sickness. $250 (minimum) for damaged electronic devices. $25 missing aux cables. $50 cleaning due to excessive food mess. $300 (minimum) for rips or tear in leather. $100 cleaning fee due to any kind of smoking. Any damages will be charged to the card on file.

Can I tip my driver?

Any gratuities may be given to your chauffeur directly. They are appreciated as your driver does more than drive you to your event safely. They are responsible for the cleaning of the vehicle, stocking the vehicle with your favorites, driving to and from your pick up location etc. Gratuities are not included in your booking unless for coach buses, proms and wedding transportation. You may add gratuity to your invoice and your driver will receive 100% of the gratuity.

What happens if I cancel?

20% is due at time of booking that is a non-refundable deposit to hold your reservation. Your balance is due 1 week prior to your event. If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your event, 50% of your balance will be refunded back to you. There are no refunds if you cancel the day of the event.
